2. Data we collect

When you create an account and use the service we collect:

• Email address and name (from registration or Google sign-in).
• Watch history: which courses and lessons you view and playback position.
• Subscription data (via Stripe) — name, last card digits, billing country. We never store your full card number on our servers.
• Device identifiers during TV pairing (a temporary 4-character code).

3. Purpose of use

• Providing the service (accounts, sign-in).
• Delivering video courses and saving your progress.
• Subscription billing (Stripe).
• Maintaining the technical reliability of the service.

4. Third-party processors

• Google — authentication (OAuth).
• Stripe — payment processing (EU).
• Bunny.net — video content delivery (CDN).
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. confirmations).

We never sell or rent your personal data. Each processor operates under its own published privacy terms.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account remains active. You can request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing the address above.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU user you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to restrict processing. Requests are handled within 30 days.

7. Children

The service is intended for users aged 13 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or inside the service.
